This is an incredible 1974 Lincoln Mark iv with only 26,000 miles. I purchased this car last December for $5,000 in Flordia and have done a lot of upgrades. I need to sell this car due to some unfortunate financial circumstances I am experiencing. Since my purchase I have done the following: Replaced the top ($1,200), new carpet ($350), new correct exhaust ($800), rebuilt the carb ($350), fixed the factory air ($300), repaired the passanger seat motors ($300) and installed new tires/rims ($2,000). The original wheels/hub caps are included in this sale - not the new wheels/rims. I realize I will lose thousands on this sale but my hand is forced. The car runs great and we just took it on a trip from Minneapolis to Chicago. When this car is on a lift you can see that its very solid and does not look its age at all - no rust spots. This is also very clear when you examine the trunk and engine compartment. The car has been repainted at some point but it does not appear to have any body work. There are some nicks and dings here and there but it looks really good - its just not show quality. The interior is original except the carpet which was replaced. The cruise and clock are not working but all the other electrics work (windows, seats, locks, cigarete lighters etc). It still has the original functioning 8 track. There are no rips in the seats or headliner. The seats do show some fading but they are original and still in good shape.
