1983 Honda Magna

I am selling my Blue 1983 Honda V65 VF 1100 Magna V4 . I recently bought this bike from a collector who is the second owner and had owned is since 1992. This is a very nice and a very well taken care of example, it was used very little every year. The bike runs terrific and is very fast and it could definitely keep up with a modern bike. Everything works on this bike. The bike has always been Adult / enthusiast owned, maintained and always stored indoors. The bike has 27,329 miles on it. Please read entire ad before bidding. Engine: The bike runs great. The bike has a new battery, spark plugs and a fresh oil change. The bike had been sitting idle for about a year but with new gas it fired right up and runs nicely. Body: Cosmetically the bike is in good shape, it has the normal patina that you would find on a bike of this age, with some time and polishing this bike would clean up extremely well. The paint is the original blue color. The gas tank does have a dent on the right side; the bike fell over while moving it around in the garage according to the previous owner. The tank also has 2 chips in the paint that have been touched up, see pictures. The side cover tabs are all still there, two of the tabs were repaired. The covers mount firmly and will not come off. The right side cover has a few dimples in it again see pictures. The seat is in great shape, no tears. The directional (rubbers) are brittle, aren’t they all? I cracked one while I was cleaning the bike so I taped it and it still works fine. The exhaust is solid and in very good shape. The Owner’s manual and tool kit are still in the rear compartment. Examine pictures for condition. Chassis: The Avon tires are in excellent shape and the bike rides nice. Brakes work perfectly very tight. Suspension feels fine. Accessories: The Bike comes with some goodies. It comes with a rare Honda Magna windscreen; I believe this was issued right from Honda. Also comes with a newer style clear windscreen. The bike has an additional king / queen seat and s passenger back rest with rear luggage rack. The bike is sold with the previous owners Open MA Title and Bill of sale. V.I.N.
