1969 Camaro Yenko Tribute 427 5 speed Completely Restored Show Winner! 1969 Chevy Camaro Yenko tribute, recent body off rotisserie restoration with no expense spared. It began life as Pre-X code California built 69' Camaro with a 350 and auto trans. It has seen a complete restore with many upgrades. It now has an all new date correct 1969 date code high perf. real 427 Chevy engine with all new internals pushing an est. 425HP, new Keisler GM TKO 600 Transmission, new GM 12 bolt posi-trac rear 4.10 gears, Vintage A/C, power disc brakes, power steering, center console with guage package, tach dash, every stitch of interior is new with bucket seats, upgrade hounds tooth deluxe interior, all new glass, all new wiring harnesses, all new weather stripping and seals, all new supsension all the way around, all new brakes, new lines, etc.. This professional restoration began in August of 2008. It was completely stripped down and rotisseried. It had new metal replaced where needed. It was then completely correctly primed and sealed. It was then sprayed 1969 GM Hugger Orange before assymbly. It then was moved over to the re-assymble stage where it recieved a complete "nut and bult" re-assymbly build. The build was performed at no expense spared going back to GM specs but with a few smart upgrades for more comfort. It is a correct restoration and was built just as if it were a new build from GM. The restoration was completed in November of 2009. It has since won several and placed well in several classic car shows. It has 2,400 actual miles since its full restoration. Always garaged and never driven in the rain, only driven in fair weather to car shows and cruise-ins. Even with its 4.10 gear, it rides down the road in 5th gear at 70mph @ 2,100 rpm's. We have a portfolio documenting the restoration with receipts totalling over 60k. These documents will go to the new owner. I am selling this car for a friend, but I know the car well.
