This is my 1976 Series III 109 5 door wagon that has the original NA diesel engine and has a 4spd manual with fairey overdrive. This one also has manual warn hubs so you don't have to run around with permanently locked hubs! Rover runs/drives great has no rust on frame, bulkhead, seat boxes etc. the only spots are the bottom of a couple door frames (like most) and a spot on the right side drivers footwell and it has a diamond plate section over it. It would be an easy fix if you wanted. Has new seats in the front row, original cloth in second row and one fold up on the side in the rear. This was a radio rig in the German military and the rear side windows have been removed and panels rivited in. I was going to use this space for advertising my business, but plans have changed. All 5 tires are in good shape and you could drive it anywhere (at 60mph). All electrical and mechanicals work too. Rover has many scratches and a few wing dings as well, nothing major but the are there. Paint is crappy and needs to be redone, I applied a little stripper to the rear side door and the paint came right off leaving shiny aluminum, it would not take much to strip the whole thing. The steering box is a little loose and it has popped out of third three times in the last two years. Brakes are good. These are really hard to find with the diesel engine, so you might not see one again for a while. Has vented safari top too. Interior needs headliner, door panels etc which all are readily available. I can arrange cheap shipping pretty much anywhere. I will get more pics up tomorrow.
