HISTORY: Second Owner (Purchased 5/2002 from meticulous owner in California) The first owner was a woman in sunny California who drove it to work and otherwise stored it covered in a garage (the custom cover is included with car). This car has seen very little inclement weather. I have kept it in storage as well. Never driven in winter so salt has never touched the body. The pictures adequately show that the body is in excellent condition. Storage has been climate controlled. In storage it has been started and run to maintain it. The car has been driven little the past 6 years after it was reconditioned and overhauled. The work was done in professional body/upholstery shops. Every year I spend $300-$500 for detailing and maintenance. This year the car had a total safety check along with detailing and oil change. The critical item is the TIMING BELT which was replaced about 7,000 miles ago. The car runs smooth as silk. CONDITION: EVERYTHING on the car works---even the digital clock. When in storage, the tank had Stay-Bil in gasoline to protect the integrity of the engine. The body is straight and true as the photos will show. This car has been my "baby" and treated like royalty. I spared nothing to keep it in great condition. During the reconditioning, the dash was pulled and the entire interior was gutted, refurbished in black and red new products. The odometer was also replaced along with a GRANT steering wheel. This modification disabled the automatic feature of the turn signal. It must be reset by hand. Custom-made black carpeting was installed as well as new front floor made made with the 300ZX stitching (note the pictures). The seat covers are made from a highly durable product that looks like leather and wears like iron. The car is solid and never been in a wreck or major accident. The first owner reported that the car had been hit by a grocery cart and the decision was made to paint the front of the car. The rear has original paint and needs to be polished and waxed annually for that showroom look it has now. NOTE: The car talks to you in a seductive woman's voice: "Fuel level is low, door is open, etc." Last month I had the spark plugs and wiring replaced during its annual tune up. Platinum +4 and Accel Custom wires in YELLOW add some new sparkle. Runs faster now. (BUT, this car has not been used for speeding at all--it is just FAST) TIRES: Performance tires put on several years ago. They have at least 50,000 miles left on them. WHEELS: Pristine--looks like new. See photos ENGINE: NO Problems...Runs smooth and gets great gas mileage. Recently tuned up. BRAKES: Replaced and in good condition EXHAUST: Replaced about 4 years ago along with chrome tail pipes SEAT BELTS: The old belts have been replaced with BLACK belts to match the interior, but they are sticking and I have not had the time to take it back to the shop. Needs some graphite possibly. If you Buy-it-Now, and do not like the seat belts, I will send you a new pair. EXTRAS: Original seat belts come with the car. Also included are: Custom-made cover, Custom-made floor mats, Bags for T-Tops, and its BRA. (A replacement right, rear tail light will come with the Buy-it-Now (It was purchased to replace the right, rear tail light that has a MINOR ding in it. I am a real perfectionist and just wanted to make things look a little better (It does not need to be replaced). YOU MUST HAVE GOOD FEEDBACK TO PURCHASE MY CAR.
