I thought I had this sold, but the deal fell through. I'm now listing it at a lower "Buy it Now" and a lower reserve. This is really a great car, and I hate to see her go. But I have other plans. Thanks! 1997 Mustard Yellow with black leather interior Lotus Esprit V8 twin turbo. Excellent condition with barely a scratch or nick anywhere. The interior still retains the brand new scent of soft and supple leather. Engine and transaxle are excellent, brakes and steering excellent. Tires and the later V8 Lotus OZ wheels are almost new. Paint shines nicely. Books, maintenance records up to date including camshaft belts, and maintenance manual. Left side turbo recently rebuilt, and the right side turbo was inspected for play and is within book specs. Has the race ECU (400+ HP) as well as the reflashed 350HP stock version ECU. Twin outlet Burns stainless mufflers. Upgraded to twin plate clutch. Brand new Spax height and two-way adjustable shocks. Very nice Alpine stereo/CD with remote. Big Brembo brakes with cross-drilled rotors. This car is a beauty, and you will not be disappointed. There were only something like 130 of these made (or was it imported to the USA?) in 1997, so it is a quite special vehicle, especially in this condition. Receipts also from: RS Motorsports Closter, NJ "C" service (all belts, plugs, filters, anti-freeze, etc.) Lotus Motorsports, Inc Waltham, MA - new cylinder head under warranty in 2001, twin plate clutch, etc. J&M Motorsports - Race ECU and dyno runs (400+ HP) RS Motorsports - "A" Service performed March 2008 at 39,500 miles Lotus Motorsports, Waltham, MA - timing belts, engine mounts, suspension bushings, April 2005 at 36,000 miles. Hope that helps. The only thing wrong with the car that I know of is the left side stainless steel heat shield is cracked. Seems to be a typical V8 problem. Also comes with both tops (painted and clear) and a car cover.
