1967 Ford Fairlane 500 2 Door Hardtop 302 2V 4 Speed. Up for auction is a very nice 1967 Ford Fairlane 500 with a 302 2V engine (D4DE-6015-BA), a 4 speed toploader transmission (RUG-C) and 9" 2.79:1 standard rear axle. The engine has been rebuilt stock and runs good. The car came originally with a 289 2V engine and 3 speed transmission. This car has a two tone blue Fairlane GT bucket seat interior that is in very nice condition and still has the factory AM radio. The interior does need a dash pad, headliner and rear package tray to be complete. The car has had the two front floor pans replaced along with some patch work on the drivers side trunk pan. The rear frame rails, shock towers, front frame rails and torque boxes are very nice. The outer sheet metal is the original and has had the body side trim holes filled in. These spots have been touch up with a spray can so the car does need a paint job. The car has a new battery along with a GT turn signal hood that is very nice. This is a very solid running and driving car that is 99% complete. The glass is the Ford original except windshield, which is brand new and all is in excellent shape. The door tag is still there and I have the Marti report for the car. I have the original front bench seat and rear seat along with an extra set of painted bumpers that are included. I have a clear Michigan title for the car. Please do not hesitate to ask questions or for the additional pictures.
