1963 ford custom 300 (galaxie style) 4 door with clear mn. title, it looks like the old barney & andy of mayberry squad car! car shows 70,525 miles,act miles unknown. has the small 260 v8, 3spd transmission with overdrive the overdrive works great but well need a new cable, has had a new tuneup, rebuilt carb, new tires, new universal joint and trans.rear seal. runs and drives good, engine runs cool. car had been sitting along time by previous owners,it uses very little oil and well smoke a little when you first start it up,normal on these older cars. it well drive down the road and can run 65- 70 easy. has real good brakes, the emergency brake works also, heater,wipers,all lights,signals work good, all the windows work,some cracks in door windows, all door locks work with key. fuel guage worked a little then quit again. interior needs work on seats, the front seat is bad with just a slip cover over it. has some rust on bottom rear quarters,the floors are good with only drivers side has a patch under mat. the old paint is chipped and scraped and the body has the dings in it. its alot of fun driving it as it is,to car shows,parades, cruising! we drove it to back to the fifties car show this spring, wow i couldnt believe all the interest,& the compliments,people of all ages loved it. they were all taking there pictures of it,and enjoying the good old memories of back watching barney fife and andy of mayberry with old ford squad car! every where you go you well have a blast driving this old car, in parades, to car shows, the people waving, thumbs up & laughing, then you can turn on the siren,the large red bubble spinner light, the spot light with the red flashing light on they love it! a real blast of the past, be the highlight of your carshows or parades! and not have to spend a fortune. the first car show i took it to it won a trophy.look at all the pictures, selling as is older vehicle with no warranties. winning bidder pays a $500.00 deposit after auctions end. payment in full by 7 days of auctions end. can email with any questions. buyer arranges & pays shipping costs. thanks for looking, bidding my auction good luck!
