For auction on ebay is my 1971 Plymouth Roadrunner FJ6 car. This is a factory Sassy Grass Green big block Roadrunner and is a rare color for 71. Not many factory FJ6 cars out there. It has alittle over 38k actual miles as documented on the title. It has a low mileage 1971 440 engine/727 transmission in the car. The car /motor is all date correct 1971. Has new Edelbrock carb, hoses, belts, all electrical on firewall,battery, waterpump, radiator, fuel pump, wiring harness for front lights/engine harness/backup light harness,transmission mount and probably alot more that I am missing. It has had new interior installed with new seats, carpet, package tray, headliner, dash cap and trunk mat. Door panels are original and in pretty good shape for 40 years old. Paint is 6 months old and has all new decals throughout. Lots of new parts on this car. Has new taillights, roof stripes,hood stripes, pinstriping, roadrunner decals, and emblems. Has color matched front and rear bumpers. Rear has the bumper/valance blackout stripe. Has front chin spoilers and 71 gull wing out back with correct brackets/mounting. Brakes are completely gone through and have new front and rear brake shoes, wheel cylinders, master cylinder, new rear brake lines and new rear brake drums. Brakes were all bled and has a great pedal. 8 3/4 rear end with 3.23 gears. Fluid was just changed in rear differential. Driveshaft had all new joints put in and speed balanced. New front and rear shocks. The car doesnt have any rust and still has the original trunk floor. The underneath has factory thick undercoating and preserved the pans nicely. New ignition/turn signal switch. Grille is in excellent shape. Glass is all good and doors and glass open and shut well. Original rallye wheels with good BF Goodrich tires. Fender tag is still present.As you can see the car is very striking. All the lights on the car work as they should including marker, headlight, dome lamp, license plate light, dash gauges, fog lamps, hazard lights, turn signals and running lights along with hi beams. I replaced the majority of the bulbs in the car to get them all working. All the fluids in the car have been drained and refilled including the motor/trans/differential along with the radiator and gas tank. Has brand new exhaust recently installed. Car runs great! A lot of work has been put into this car to get it to the shape you see it now. I believe I am the 4th owner of the car. The car sat since the 80's, hence the low mileage. The original motor was damaged and the car sat in the California desert before the previous owner rescued it. I then purchased the car and finished the rest of what the car needed. Everything I have done to the car has been done right. I have replaced everything to make sure it was mechanically sound. My hopes were to make it a weekend driver but I need to sell my cars to pay for medical bills. Great car for someone to enjoy with all the hard work done. Car needs very little to have everything in good working order. I havent put a radio/antenna in the car yet along with speakers. Other misc. small stuff that I cant think of off hand, just inquire with any questions for honest answer. No Reserve auction. The car will sell to the highest bidder. Out of state/country bidders are welcome/encouraged to hire a 3rd party inspection. However, once auction is over and you are the winning bidder the car will be yours.
