Vehicle Detail
I'm selling my personal Suzuki DRZ 125 L dirt bike. Here is some info I pulled online. The Suzuki DR-Z 125 is a dirt bike manufactured by Suzuki as part of the Suzuki DR-Z Series from 2003 to 2009. It was also sold as the Kawasaki KLX-125 from 2003 to 2006. Most major parts are interchangeable between both early Kawasaki and Suzuki models as the Kawasaki is simply a rebranded DR-Z 125. Latter Suzuki models feature slightly different body panels which will not fit directly on earlier models. All models are intended for off-road trail use, weighing 194 lb (88 kg) and their top speed is about 50 mph (80 km/h). Although the target audience for the motorcycle is the youth and small adult market, it is also available in "L" version which feature larger front and back wheels and sprockets, designed to accommodate larger adult riders. The "L" version is also equipped with hydraulic disk brakes in the front. I have personally put several hours on this bike and its time to move on to something bigger. I have the title from the first owner, never bothered to transfer to my name since were I ride there is no need for registration. Bike runs awesome and has plenty of power, just did a fresh Amsoil oil change. In the pictures the brake lever has a piece missing however I have since replaced with new O.E. brake lever. I have never laid the bike down, it was broken when I bought it. I also replaced the tube in the front tire at Honda Northwest, and have the receipt to prove. Plenty of tread on both tires and bike is in excellent cosmetic shape. Needs nothing to ride. Also just installed brand new spark plug. I can usually pull out of the garage and give it one kick to start it, even without using the choke. I would estimate the bike has less than 10 hours ride time and under 200 miles. I have never raced it. Only flaw that I am aware of is that one of the shock covers is ripped, I think I overextended the fork when I removed the tire to have the tube put on. You can purchase a new set of shock covers for less than $30 on ebay, and then you'll have a spare! Email me if you have any questions. I also have a slideshow of all the pictures I have taken of the bike. I took pictures right after a ride so there is a bit of mud on the tires etc... otherwise its a superclean bike.
