Thank you for visiting this auction. I am offering up my very well-maintained 1987 Porsche 944 N/A (non-turbo) at a low reserve. This car gets plenty of compliments everywhere it goes. A beautiful piece of German automotive engineering, it has been my daily driver for the last two years. It is reliable, great on gas, and a joy to drive. The Alpine White paint is still glossy and the body is solid. The engine runs smoothly and still has plenty of pep. I had the clunky factory automatic transmission replaced with a stock Porsche 5 speed manual. The transmission shifts freely into all gears seamlessly. All gauges work properly. All major maintenance and repairs have been performed by certified Porsche specialists, Beck's of North Scottsdale and Exotic Motorworks of Phoenix respectively. The Z rated tires have plenty of tread left. Whether this is your first Porsche or not, you will enjoy this car. I must sell it to complete my other project- a 1968 Ford Fairlane Convertible. It does show some signs of its age. Though still shiny, the paint is not perfect. The body does have some small dings, scuffs, scratches, chips, and pitting accumulated over the almost 25 years of being on the road. This is especially evident at the front header panel, hood and driver's side front fender. The interior shows the usual signs of heat damage and age most notably, the dash board, arm rest and upholstery cracks. The only major mechanical issue is the A/C is not blowing cold. With that said, this is the best 944 on ebay for the money. Used parts are readily available and cheap. I will also throw in my Haynes repair manual and Porsche Factory Repair Shop instructional CD.
