Make your dreams come true. Up for bidding is my 1987 Buick Grand National. This is a nearly original car. A factory-stock survivor with only 47,000 original miles. This car has lived its entire life on the West Coast. Arizona, SoCal, & now NorCal. Absolutely no rust anywhere. This car is un-modified & un-restored. A true example of an original Grand National.This car has its original paint, which has been recently professionally wet-sanded and buffed-out by a local high-end paint shop. The only exception is that all four bumper fillers, front & rear, have been replaced and thus obviously repainted. One small ding in the left rear fender along the trunk line--but, as an unrestored 25 year old--she looks pretty good. This car does have a blue flame decal on both the left and right front fenders. Decals were installed by a previous owner and have been left on as to not further impact the original paint. It's a very subtle enhancement. The drivetrain is the all-original 3.8 SFI V6 turbo with factory 4 speed auto. The transmission shifts super-smooth, with no leaks anywhere. When I purchased this car two years ago...the previous owner had installed an upgraded and oversized IC-325 intercooler from JRC racing (http://www.rjcracing.com/product/intercoolers/product-details/). While this after-market intercooler makes this already fast & quick Buick crazy-fast & quick...the state of California didn't like it so much. I had the guys at Sacramento Muscle Cars locate & install an original GN intercooler system and return the car to stock. As a bonus...I will include all the parts of the JRC Racing (polished chrome) aftermarket intercooler at no extra cost ($995.00 value). So, if your state of residence allows such modifications...in a afternoon you could re-install the after-market intercooler and be amazed at the HP difference. It's remarkable. This Grand National has been recently inspected and tuned-up by Sacramento Muscle Cars. All new brakes, fluids, plugs, wires, hoses, exhaust pipes, etc. 100% Turn-key & ready to go.So...this Grand National can either purr like a kitten and drive around town all day...Or, open her up and the acceleration of this Grand National will push you flat back into its seats while she literally roars like a lion. The interior is in very good shape. Clean Buckets. New Floormats. Tight headliner. The exceptions inside include a non-stock CD player (but with original Concert Sound), no cigarette lighter, and a slightly worn driver's side door panel. No A-pillar gauges or tacky digital dashboards or the like. Otherwise...she's good to go. Get in. Fire it up. Enjoy the Good Times. This car fulfilled a lifetime dream of mine.
