For Sale 1958 corvette built january 1958. I built this car for my Dad in 1996 car was originally a quarter mile car so low origninal miles 15k on clock... originally radio delete courtesy light delete etc... I added radio in 96 original car looks great drives like it did in 1958.. I have over 75k in the car in 96 to build it...beautiful job.. t3 headlights everything replaced or rebuilt even restored the original plates and 1958 green tag on the plate... 1. 1958 corvette body car #722 2. three speed manual trans 3. 355 geared rear axle (orignial was 456) 4. rebuilt 283 engine not matching number later 58 date with carb has the correct cam and internals heavy lope with mechanical lifters.. 5 have a correct engine block but not stamped have the original fuel injection unit also if price is enough will include 6 low miles on car only did body on restoration body perfect and unhit frame was perfect I did rebuild frame bushings etc.. but it didn't need it... 7. car factory 290hp fi... have all the components except the fuel filter was changed out at some point in time still kept the f1 air cleaner on car and factory hi horse tach and center mount tach cable location as the fi had.. 8 pics do not do this car justice. 9 new weather strips fresh show chrome show painted new glass dated correct have orignal soft top fair shape not replaced...have painted hard top but never installed the plexi window in it... only drove it couple hundred miles wanted to keep miles down...worth couple hundred thousand years ago.. but realistic now have a pretty low reserve for car of this caliber...... I am told car is pretty Rare I however changed rear end bought through Rohner since original was damaged...I built car for dad to his specs...........
