1964 BMW R69S Garage find that hasn't been plated since 1989. The bike starts, runs and shifts nicely. The speedometer and Odometer also works well. The bike appears to be in original condition except for the seat which is a Harley Davidson Knuckle Head that has great value in it's self due to the good condition. I replaced all fluids, plugs, battery, headlight bulb, new old stock BMW air filter. I also went through both Bing Carbs and replaced tops with new style tops and both floats, rods and jets. I also have an extra hard to find Bing Carb housing, and both original tops that will go with the bike. The Continental tires are in good tread condition but are showing signs of weathering/checking from sitting in the garage for so long. This would make a great bike to ride as is or restore!
