Selling my Silver 1974 Honda Elsinore MT250 MT 250 Enduro On / off road Street legal motorcycle with only 3279 miles. It starts first kick, runs and rides great and has no signs at all of ever being down (very hard to find one that has not been used as a dirtbike). All parts except the hand grips are original or NOS. Motorcycle is currently on the road and sold with a NH Registration in my name. A horn will need to be purchased for inspection, will cost $5. Buyers please remember this is a 37 year old 2 stroke motorcycle and will require the expected maintenance and repairs. Body/Tank/Seat: The bike is real clean with very little rust. The fenders are in good condition with some wear but no deep scratches or cracks. The turn signals are all there with no cracks and work perfectly. The tank has been professionally painted and looks excellent with one small chip in the front; the Honda stickers were applied by me and look decent. The seat has one small tear and can be seen in the pictures. Controls/Brake/Suspension: All the controls work except the horn. Both mirrors are there and like new, gages are not faded or cracked, and headlight works on both hi/lo. The bars are straight, levers are not bent or scratched, and the grips are newer. The brakes work perfect and the suspension is stiff with no leaking in the front seals. Engine/Exhaust/Fuel l& Air: The engine is clean and seems to have good compression. The exhaust is original and has no holes. TThe carb has been ultrasonically cleaned and rebuilt. The inside of the tank is above average and an inline filter has been added. The oil injection system is all there and in working condition. Plug, filters, and fluids have been recently changed. Wheels/Tires/Transmission: Rims are mint and the tires are brand new. The transmission shifts smooth and the clutch works as it should. The chain and sprocket are in excellent condition. Battery/Electrics: All electrics are in great condition and have not been messed with. All lights work perfect and the battery is less than a year old. This bike is sold AS IS No warranty. V.I.N. MT2502007442 The bike is sold with NH registration (in my name) and bill of sale. New Hampshire does not issue titles for anything over 15 years old. The bike is garaged in Lowell MA (Brothers house). Please check your state laws concerning vintage non-title vehicles. I know that Massachusetts accepts this with no problems.
