This is a carefully maintained, adult driven 2007 BMW F650GS dual purpose motorcycle in excellent mechanical and very good physical condition. A few minor signs of use as would be expected but overall a clean shiny bike. Even up close. Have a look at the photos below. It starts instantly, shifts easily and stops quickly. I've averaged 65 miles per gallon so it's economical as well. This bike has ABS brakes which can be turned off with a switch and heated hand grips (very nice on cold mornings!). The 2007 models were built entirely in Germany and Austria. The quality really shows. This bike handles interstate speeds of 70-80 with no problem. I've ridden this bike to Montana, all around Lake Superior and on many other trips. It's light weight means it handles urban commuting just as well. Front should be good for several thousand miles and the rear has only 300 miles on it. Chain and sprockets are in great shape as are the brakes. A bit of pulsing from the front rotor at slow speeds but not enough to consider a rotor replacement anytime soon. This bike has been ridden on the street only and has never been down. At 24,000 miles the following services were performed: -Fresh BMW oil and filter (it has never needed oil between servicing. Seems to burn no oil at all). -New air filter. -Chain slack adjusted. -Clutch and throttle cables checked and adjusted. -Valves checked (no adjustment needed). -Electronic fault codes checked (no fault codes). -Fork oil changed. -New spark plugs installed (old ones were burning clean). -Stands greased.
