Here is a 1978 Honda CB 400A motorcycle in clean shape, bike has been in storage for the past few years and its to nice to be sitting there, i have replaced the battery, spark plugs and changed the fuel and it started right up with no smoke at all however the carbs DO need a good cleaning due to sitting bike idles great but spits and sputters when you try to put a load on it, Great starter bike please ask any questions i DO NOT have a title for this bike any vechile in the state of vermont that is 15 years and older does not require a title nor will the state issue one, i will provide a clean bill of sale, Bike will need to be picked up in Poultney Vermont 05764
