This is a running driving mostly original Ford Customline 4 door. She has the flathead v8 with the 6 volt system. Everything electrical works except the horn. She has the three-on-the-tree with overdrive. The overdrive needs a new cable and switch, and reverse is giving me a bit of trouble lately. I drive her on the weekends. Chicks dig it. If you like the style and like to tinker on old cars, she's for you. The body is rough but straight, with only a bit of rust under passenger rear door. Trunk is good. The wing windows on the drivers door and the right rear door are cracked but all the glass is there, the windshield and backglass are in great shape. The door handles on the back doors have been removed. She needs a new fuel system at some point. The original tank and fuel pump were removed. I'm running off a boat tank in the trunk and an aftermarket elecric fuel pump. She needs some work, but she's worth the price. UPDATE! I met with a mechanic last night to look at the transmission. It looks like the reverse gear is ground so, it needs some transmission work. As a result, I'm lowering the starting bid to 1500$. On Sep-02-11 at 11:56:06 PDT, seller added the following information: She has been lowered 3 inches in the front and 2 in in the back. She is low, and with no reverse and NO E-BRAKE she might be a bit tricky to drive. I strongly suggest you trailer the car. You will want a low trailer with long ramps. Remember, buyer is fully responsible for pick up and transportation.
