For Sale is my 69 Eldo. I have owned the car for 3 years and have restored it to a car that can now be driven virtually anywhere in the US if you can afford the gas. Practically any and every part on the car that can deteriorate (i.e. brakes, wires, plugs, hoses, water pump, alternator, shocks, rotors, HEI distributor, filters, R134 AC, electrical components, etc.) has been replaced. the car has a solid 472ci motor and solid transmission. The only problems with this 40 yr old classic cruiser is that the cruise control needs to be repaired, the back window needs to be resealed because it has a slight leak and needs a professional paint job in order to be a show car. this car can carry up to 6 passengers comfortably and is very smooth out cruising. Presently the car looks amazing from 20 feet away (as seen in the picture) but does have some rust spots (surface rust not rot) and recently some a$$hole scratched my hood with a key or knife, put a 8 inch straight line on the drivers side. Regardless of the blemishes on the car it still looks great when washed and waxed and makes people stop and talk to me about the car every time we go out on the town. I recently drove the car from Baltimore to OC MD which is almost a 3 hr ride and then cruised around all weekend and back again. Cost me a ton in gas but no problems with the car and cruised it at 70mph on the highway (with no O.D).
