Vehicle Detail

This is a very rare color. In 1975 Cadillac introduced five Firemist colors to the Cadillac line. The color on this car is Cerise Firemist Rose (GM color code 99), it is a very nice looking pink color. I purchased the car with the intension of keeping it but I am in the process of restoring a 67 Barracuda that is taking more time than I anticipated. If I had this Cadillac before the Cuda I would be selling the Cuda. The Cadillac is completely loaded Barritz model, on the Eldorado Barritz model the word Eldorado is spelled in chrome letters on the front of hood. Standard Eldorados do not have that detail. The paint is not the original paint but it was painted in the original color. Overall body is in good condition. There is some rust on inner door, (see pictures). The trunk has rust but the floors seem to be in good condition. My plan was to clean up the interior over the winter. The car runs and looks great. The plastic fender extensions are all cracked and need to be replace. I purchased all new fiberglass fender extensions and trim to replace the plastic, they will be painted and included with the car but the buyer will need to have them installed. The top does not go up because of an electric short that I will have repaired. I bought a new moter and relay for the top. The top will most likely need to be replaced in the near future. The car runs great and it has 95500 miles with new tires. The AC does not work. The car comes with the parade boot that matches the color of the car. I had two couples who wanted to use the car for wedding pictures so I was also thinking about starting a business with the car but I dont have the time. I've posted some pictures and will post more in a few days.Email me with any questions. On Sep-04-11 at 19:44:11 PDT, seller added the following information: I've added a few more pictures. One is the car decorated when it was used in a parade. There are a couple of pics of the parade boot and the soft storage case it came in when new. The boot cost over a $1000 new. I also purchased a custom all weather resistant car cover. It is brand new still in box, it cost me over $300. I also have an extra rear view mirror, a hor, 2 tail light assemblies for a 78 Cadillac. There are several other parts that will be included with the car. The short in the top has been fixed and it does go up and down now. The fiberglass fender extensions and misc pieces have all been painted. Car has many many options, too many to list.
