FOR SALE IS MY 1971 TRIUMPH TR6 TROPHY THAT HAS BEEN MODIFIED FOR OFF-ROAD USE (THOUGH IT IS STILL STREET LEGAL) I have owned this bike for less than a year and have enjoyed every mile of it. I am selling because I am no longer in an area that I can use it and I am currently building two other bikes. Specs: -1971 -Triumph TR6 -650cc motor with .020 over pistons -Single 32mm Concentric Amal Carburetor (easier to tune than dual carbs) -Air shocks front suspension (adjustable) -Enhanced, long-travel rear suspension -Front mud guard (some scratches and one chip) -High-side pipes with Pro-Pipe exhaust (sounds AWESOME) -Side Number Plates -Stock rear Triumph Brakes with new brake shoes -Early model Honda front brakes. -Oil pressure gauge (after having this on this bike, I am putting them on all of mine) -Stock points ignition -Kick start only Paperwork: -I never registered the bike in my name since I used it for trail riding (and I didn't want to pay the Commonwealth any more money in property taxes than I have to.) It is registered in the previous owners name in Georgia. The new owner will have to take care of all admin transfers, etc. I will provide a notarized bill of sale along with the registration to the winning bidder. Issues: -She runs at high RPMs upon start up. After she warms up, she is back down to 1k rpm. There is a part of the seat where the seams split, but there is no tear in material. Other than that, she is a fun old Triumph!
