No reserve. Car needs to go as I just bought another Saab. Highest bidder wins. Would rather see this car go to someone that will enjoy it. I know Saab's have low resale value but I am giving this car away when factoring in the spare parts and snow tires. 1990 9000 CD 5-speed with 164K. I am the second owner and bought the car in 2004 with 106K. Previous owner had the car serviced exclusively at Pray Saab in Greenwich, CT. I have the factory maintenance book stamped with all major services up until I acquired the car in 04. I am a former auto mechanic and thoroughly maintained the car the past 7 years. Oil changes every 5k with Mobil 1 and all fluids changed every 2 years. The car has tons of new parts. Brand new front brakes. Entire exhaust is a few years old. There is some light rust on the inside drivers door and around the wheel wells. Shock towers were inspected last year and no rust found. The only negatives is there is some transmission whine but I have a drain plug installed and have keep fresh 10w30 in it. These transmission have been reported to go for years and thousand on miles on the Saabnet mesaage boards with whine. Shifts very smooth.. Also, the I did a ton of work to the a.c system 2 years ago with new hoses, compressor, expansion valve, and reciever dryer. The systm is still charged but the a/c compressor belt is removed due to problems with the clutch/compressor. Also, converted to 134A. Car will also come with some spare parts. ACC unit, spare DI cassette and some other small parts. I am also including a set of 4 Nokian Hakkapelitta 2 studded snow tires with 75% + tread left mounted on Saab steel wheels. I was just offered $200 for the tires alone. With these tires the car is amazing in the winter!Interior is a little rough. Headliner is sagging and currently stapled. Drivers seat leather a little rough. Needs some interior work. Everything besides the a/c works 100 percent. Will need front tires soon. Rear tires are in great shape. I never bothered to rotate them so the fronts are worn out... See picture of front tires. No abnormal wear. Alignment is dead on. Genuine Saab clutch disc, slave cylinder, flywheel resurfaced, and throwout bearing installed at 120K and have the receipt. Car gets around 30 mpg on the highway. There is a picture with the EDU displaying 27.8 mpg on a recent mixed driving trip. Great power too. 175 hp @ 5500 rpm195 ft-lbs. @ 3000 rpm Message me with any questions. Includes entire exhaust.New front crank seal, oil pump o-ring, dipstick o-ring, oil level sensor o-ring, oil pressure sender and harmonic balancer. Leaks no oil at all.Serpentine belt and all pulleys replaced.New Brembo rotors and front brakes.Both front CV joints have brand new boots.Heater core and new hoses. Very reliable car.
