The City of Fernandina Beach is selling a used Honda ATV by means of a NO RESERVE auction. This ATV ran fine earlier this year, but it has been sitting for a few months and it does not start/run now. There are serious rust issues in the front end. This ATV is not safe to drive and should be used for parts only. Please review the pictures carefully and bid accordingly. High bidder is responsible for pickup/loading. There is no title with this ATV.
