If you have been looking for an older BMW convertible in excellent condition with low miles then you are going to fall in love with my 1997 328I convertible with only 74k original, garaged, rust free Florida miles! You need to see this car in person to appreciate how nice it really is. The original RED BMW paint looks wonderful and with the tan leather interior it is just stunning. This BMW was registered in NY for the first few years but has spent all it's time here, garaged in Florida out of the winter snow and is shows. There is NO rust and even the underside still looks near new, you won't find that on any northern vehicle. ( The factory exhaust is still there and in great shape!) We get "snowbirds" here, people who spend the winters here and they will keep a nice convertible in their garages for the few months they spend here in Florida. That is why we get a lot of low mile convertibles in this area. They sold it to the second owner who traded it in at our local dealership in this condition. It is truly a beautiful car. Carfax shows no accidents or problems as well. This is the more desireable 328i model with the 6cyl engine which is a more fun and dependable vehicle then the ordinary 4cyl 318i convertible. The exterior looks wonderful with the original red BMW paint. There are no dents, scrapes, fade or rust. Even the front end has no bug stains and all the trim including the headlights look great. The full power convertible top goes up and down with no issues with just the touch of a switch. It is in great shape with just a few blemshies in the rear window. The factory aluminum wheels are classy looking and the tires have decent tread remaining to help give this BMW a smooth and quiet ride. The interior looks wonderful as well with no stains, rips or odors. The power leather seats are nice and soft both front and rear and look near new as well. There are no broken or missing plastic pieces and all the power options work great including the ice cold air conditioning. The only thing to mention is a common issue on these cars in Florida. The heat gets to the door panels and the material will pull away down low in a few spots, not too bad but noticeable. I'm sure an upholstery shop could fix it if you even care to bother with it. Look close at the pictures, it looks every bit this nice in person. What a pleasure to drive! The peppy 6cyl engine runs smooth as silk and there is no timing belt on these motors to worry about. It pulls nice and strong and will deliver good gas mileage as well. The brakes are smooth as is the transmission and suspension. All with no shakes or rattles, just as you would expect on a well cared for, low mile BMW. If you plan on keeping it here in SW Florida but aren't quite ready to come back yet I can deliver it to your house here for you so it is waiting for when you return. Once you see and drive it your sure to fall in love and in this shape you will be in love for a long, long time! Payment will be made by cashiers check, money order or wire transfer. A $300 deposit is required on all vehicles and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Florida residents must include 6% sales tax. According to Florida law, if an out of state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the state of Florida I am obligated as a licensed dealer to collect sales tax at a rate equal to the purchasers state sales tax and not to exceed 6%. The purchaser will then be given a notarized reciept proving tax paid to present to their tax collectors office for sales tax credit and will NOT be charged twice. Any additional fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This does not apply to vehicles shipped out of state, only ones picked up in Florida. There is NO sales tax collected for out of the country purchases. Buyer assumes the cost of shipping.
