65% tread remaining, original OEM wheels/tires with less than 60% tread also included) Known Issues I purchased this vehicle last year from an eBay motor vendor in which a number of issues were not disclosed during the transaction until the vehicle showed up at my house after shipping it from Nashville, so I am making every attempt to disclose all issues that either existed when I originally purchased the vehicle or have since occurred during my ownership so that you know exactly what you are buying: Small hole in driver side door leather (repairable) No tears in leather seats but some scratches (repairable) Scratches in door pulls and leather console cover (repairable) Worn wood panel finish in driver/passenger doors (not readily noticeable but there) Rubberized coating on radio/AC control buttons coming off (only 2 places but typical Touareg issue) Driver side door hinge needs slight adjusting HID headlights are pitted (but still very bright and self-leveling system works flawlessly); typical Touareg issue and can be easily replaced by new Owner if so desired Pea sized dent in hood (hard to see but there, easily fixed) Small nicks on roof from previous Owner's use Oxidized chrome trim around rear glass panels (replaceable) Window glass scratches on drivers side and windshield due to removing tree sap by original owner; I had windshield professionally replaced (have receipt) Minor accident involving right rear damage that was repaired by original owner (CarFax report); previous Seller stated that damage was caused when original owner backed into a stationary object so repairs were cosmetic Condition and Service Overall, the vehicle is in very good condition with exceptions listed above and in excellent condition mechanically and electrically. There is NO RUST on this vehicle. There are some scratches that were buffed out and some that can't be buffed but repairable if desired. Paint is in very good condition with great shine. I have (2) remote entry key fobs but only one is programmed (you need to take second key fob to VW dealer to get programmed). Also have the original Owners Manual and Window Sticker. The 4-corner air suspension works flawlessly as well as the 4WD system (tested on-road but never went off-roading). All electronics work including the Multi-CD Player/Radio system and Navigation system (I have the NAVTEQ 4B DVD which covers the entire Continental U.S.). All gauges, warning systems, park assist, rearview camera, power adjustable steering, power seats, power sunroof, indicator lights, interior lighting, etc. work as well. Brake service is needed within next 500-1000 miles (estimate due to mileage); brakes were inspected at about 37K miles and found to be 85% front/75% rear (have inspection record). All maintenance service was completed at professional shops (I have all the receipts). The engine has been serviced with Synthetic Oil as specified by the factory. The 4.2L V8 runs very strong and the 6-spd transmission shifts very smoothly (or you can shift yourself for added performance); this is a fast SUV that is very enjoyable to drive on a daily basis. The adjustable ride system (Normal, Comfort, Sport) works great! I have all the service records during my ownership including all oil/lube service, new fan belt, new windshield, 4-wheel alignment, and air emissions (passed). I have all receipts for the aftermarket accessories with exception of the wheels/tires that were purchased at Discount Tire.
