1979 Chevy Corvette up for auction! No RESERVE PRICE!! This Corvette features a 400 small block Clay Smith blue printed racing motor that is bored .20 over with estimated 500+ HP. Aluminium heads, Competition Cams camshaft, 4 speed Muncie manual transmission, 200 HP Nitrous Kit with bottle, side pipe exhaust, fully adjustable road course racing suspension and lots of chrome especially in the engine bay! Custom steering wheel, rearview mirror, DVD/CD player, mirrored T-Tops, Digital Dash and old style Cragar rims. I have all receipts and documentation on motor and parts installed. Color is a dark charcoal metallic flake that makes it shine and stand out. This Vette is very fast and sounds awesome getting into accelerator with the side pipe exhaust. Car was restored in 2006. This is not a show condition car. It has been customized! Its a lot of fun to drive and I always get great comments on the looks and sound of the car. Overall condition of the paint is good. It is showing some signs of its age but all in all still looks awesome. Car is 98% complete. Windshield wipers have not been installed but I do have them. I just dont drive it in the rain so I never put them on the car. Also the interior door escutchions arent installed but I have brand new ones ready to go. Stereo is installed but not hooked up. Also, the power windows have brand new motors that need to be adjusted. The driver side window motor is not working most likely due to loose wire or short. Speedometor is not showing MPH but Tachometer works fine. May be a loose wire also. I just haven't had the time to mess with it anymore. I have quite a few extra parts that I have kept that I will throw in with the car including new ones which will finish it off. Everything goes! I purchased this car from my brother who was the one that rebuilt it and tricked it out. It was totally taken down to the frame, sand blasted and repainted. It has never been driven in the rain and always garaged kept. I hate to let it go but I am getting rid of some of my toys. I have listed everything that is or may be wrong with vehicle above.
