BUYERS BEWARE. Don't be misled by the somehow low prices you see here from Dealers on EBAY. You ask, how come my home dealer can't sell the vehicle for that? You get what you pay for. Read the fine print. Here is what they do. You call them and tell them you like and want the vehicle. They immediately take the listing off EBAY taking your deposit so they don't have any ties to EBAY saving them money on the transaction in final valuation fees. Then you fly into their home base to see a vehicle they have doctored up. The dollars are piling up and now they have you. These guys are charging lots of fees - sometimes more than $500 on top of your sales price (for inventory taxes, doc fees, preparation cost etc.) not to mention ADDING in warranties that you don't need without your approval or asking for them on the sales contract. Ask them to take off the fees and warranties and see what happens. What are you going to do fly home? Now what is the real price you paid for your truck? IT WILL COST THOUSANDS MORE THAN YOU THOUGHT LIKE FROM THOSE GUYS DOWN IN TEXAS. If you think I'm kidding, check the internet for complaints. I'm not a dealer. And, I won't charge you anything extra or mislead you. I have all the paperwork, keys, books etc. not just one set of keys. Up for auction is a very well appointed Avalanche in real nice condition. All the options are listed in Pictures pg1, pg2, pg3. (KEY OPTIONS BELOW) My opening price is set at trade-in and this vehicle is nice - not junk. Dealers only sell junk at Trade-in or one that has other mechanical issues they don't want to fix. Factory Warranties remaining: Factory corrosion limited warranty until 4/23/13 or 100,013 Factory powertrain limited warranty until 4/23/12 or 100,013 Tires: 60-75% I wasn't the owner when the avalanche was in a minor fender bender back in 8/08 but it was fixed right. Kelly Blue Book Private party (not retail) blue book value is $24,250. The truck is advertised locally so I reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time. Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 must be made via Paypal within 48hours of auction close. The balance will be made via wired transfer to my bank or certified guaranteed funds from your bank. If my bank requires a hold on your funds, the vehicle will not be released until the funds are cleared. Warranty: Other than the manufacturers warranty that was provided, it is not guaranteed or implied and it is your responsibility to further verify any warranty by the manufacturer. Even though this vehicle is in exceptional condition, it is as-is where-is and available for your inspection (please coordinate prior to close of auction). Insurance: You as the buyer must have insurance and it will be verified prior to you taking possession. Once you receive the vehicle and take possession, you hold me harmless of any and all liabilities. Lien: In Kentucky we hold the titles even though there is a lien. I will need to send the paperwork into my leinholder when payment is made. I don't charge a fee like the dealers. Buyer is responsible for ALL fees to transfer, register or notarize any documents by my state or yours. Since I'm not a dealer, please be available to transfer the vehicle M-F between 8-4pm. Shipping: I will cooperate in the transport of the vehicle. All funds/paperwork must be cleared prior to loading up the truck.
