You are bidding on a 1984 Porsche 928S. This car has been in storage for the past five years. We did, however, get it running. Motor sounds excellent. Clutch and transmission are good. Brake pedal is good. Car basically needs restoration. We changed the oil, cleaned the plugs, sucked out old fuel and put fresh fuel in. It ran for a while, but the fuel pump went out. Has low fuel pressure. A new fuel pump is $260. Car has faded paint and some scratches. Body is very solid, and appears nearly rust free. Underneath is in good shape as well. Exhaust is still intact and in good shape, no leaks. Tires have good tread but are showing some weather cracking. One front turn signal lense is broken, and one rear turn signal lense is broken. Both seats have tears, but are not in real bad shape. Dash cover has crack but have new replacement dash cover as well as other misc. parts that go with it. Glass is all in good shape. Overall inside condition is in pretty decent condition. Motor will start and run with carb spray. We have the air box cover off and hoses and tubes, so it can be heard run as is, but all air duct work is there and will go with the car. Wheels seem in real nice shape. Our friend who is moving out of state, who we got the car from says the car will run 150 mph, and I take his word on it. The speedometer reads 160. All other minor details, email with questions. Car is being sold as is/where is. It is being listed locally as well and we reserve the right to cancel the auction at anytime. In my opinion, this car is very workable. Email with questions.
