The paint and body are in great condition with only the most minimal signs of wear and tear. We did note one small ding (pictured) near the convertible top on the drivers side quarter panel and two very minor dings on the drivers door (too minor to show in pictures). It is apparent that this car was well cared for and garage kept. It runs and drives very well. Our 328ic rides on new matching Michelin all-season performance tires all around. On our test drive evaluation, we noted the following:The clutch is in-tact and does not slip at all, though it does grab higher than new.The brakes are in good condition and stop very well without any shaking or pulsing.The convertible top motors all operate properly, but sometimes stops half way when folding updiagnosed as needing new tension straps, a common wear and tear item on these models.
