This 1989 Mecedes 420 SEL has been garage kept and dealer maintained. This Mercedes still drives like it's brand new thanks to a rigorous maintenance regimen. In fact, after over nine years of selling on Ebay with 100% positive feedback, I have yet to see any owner take care of a vehicle as well as this one. This includes... ? Brand new interior (cost $1800) ? Transmission replaced only 25k miles ago with a Mercedes factory rebuilt unit (cost $5000) ? Engine recently rebuilt by a Mercedes shop (cost $3400) ? Over 70+ records from Mercedes Dealerships and Specialists The interior is immaculate (see pictures) and it has a perfect Carfax history which is available upon request. Please note: This vehicle has been driven less than 1,000 miles a year for the last 7 years. As such I would strongly prefer to sell this to a Mercedes enthusiast. Do not even think about bidding on this vehicle unless you are willing to maintain it for the long-term. I have owned dozens of Benzes over the years and never have I seen one as well kept as this. Known defects: The windshield wiper light is on. Two tires should eventually be replaced. There is paint fade on the very top of the vehicle (see pictures). Related to this. I do have an extensive relationship with a paint shop that will do an outstanding job for $500. The $500 cost for me is equivalent to a $1200 cost for the general public. It is perfectly fine the way it is but if you like, this can be done before the vehicle is picked up. About me: I have 100% positive Ebay feedback for over nine years now. I pride myself on being more than fair with people which is why I have been able to maintain that perfect rating for so long. Please note that I am selling this vehicle AS/IS and the vehicle in question is an older one. There is a $149 administrative charge which is the same amount charged by Carmax, and I can pick you up from the airport upon request at no charge. Good luck!
