Vehicle Detail
Too many projects and this one has to go. This is one of the very early trucks to use the Buick 350 motor. Was owned by United until the early 2000s as you can see from the paint job. Everything is original as far as I can tell. I rebuilt the front brakes, but the rears will need to be converted to disc or axle swapped out (drums no longer available). The truck ran when I bought it a little over a year ago, but it hasn't been started in about a year. I have the original owners manual, warranty booklet, the first temp registration from 1968, and lots of maintenance paperwork from the 90s. Will need a new battery, rear brakes, and tires. Floors are rusty, but everything else including the frame is solid. Interior you can see in the pictures will also need some work. As far as I know those are the only issues besides the usual maintenance items. Also included is a spare set of wheels you can see in the bed in the pictures. Sold as is. Will need to be towed. I have a clear WV title. 1968 Jeep J3600 4x4 Gladiator Pickup Buick 350 motor TH400 Auto Trans with Floor shifter Dana Spicer 20 Transfer Case Manual Steering Manual Brakes Dana 44 Closed Drum Front with new Warn lockout hubs Dana 60-2 Drum Rear Snow Plow Setup (plow itself not included) 1000lb Liftgate (worked a year ago, but leaks fluid) Original stake bed (wood will need replacing) If you have any questions email me.
