Vehicle Detail
I bought this car about a year ago with big plans in mind. I wanted a real cobra to start with and when I came across this I jumped on it. The car has 236k miles on it, and at that it ran great. I've driven it a couple thousand miles in the last couple months and have had no problems. The suspension and steering is very tight, the interior is in great shape 8.5 out of 10. The driver seat only has wear lines in the leather and no rips at all. The power seat works great, the windows, ice cold air conditioning, heat, interior lights, clock, all work as they did when new. The car has a clean title and no accidents (feel free to carfax it, vin # is listed above). The rearend was rebuilt by S+K speed and has 4.10 gears (have receipt). All the suspension has been done as well. The only thing left to the car with high mileage is the original motor. The mileage didnt scare me, it started right up everytime and drove, sounded, and felt like it did when it was new. I figured why pay 8k + for a bone stock low mileage cobra when im going to build the motor and have to upgrade the suspension anyway. Within the last 2 weeks I began getting ready to pull the motor so I can start rebuilding it before the summer ends. I've removed the intake manifold, upper wiring harness, and rear harness. I took very good care not to ruin any connectors and the harness is in great shape so nothing for you to worry about. If you wanted to put it back together instead of rebuilding it like i was going to, you'll need a set of injectors and obviously reconnect the harness and intake manifold. This is the perfect car for someone with the same goals i have. Im putting the car up for sale only because i'd like to jump on a business venture i've come across and could use the extra money. Thats my only reason for selling the car. If it does not sell i'll start working on it again the second the auction ends. Here is a complete list of whats done to the car Suspension - Welded in subframe connectors- Steeda weight jacker adjustable lower control arms- Ford Motorsport upper control arms- 04 cobra front control arms- Steeda front and rear sway bars- Kenny brown front and rear strut tower bars- Saleen Racecraft shocks- Ford Motorsport lowering springs- Aluminum steering rack bushings Drivetrain- Ford Motorsport aluminum driveshaft- King Cobra clutch- Steeda Triax shifter- rebuilt 8.8 rear with 4.10gears Exhaust- Bassani offroad Xpipe- Mac Catback Brakes- Rear calipers, pads, rotors have 100miles on them- new ebrake cable I live on long island, ny. I work until 630 7days a week. Feel free to come take a look i've got nothing to hide, infact id rather you come see it for youself youll just want it more. The buyer is in charge of shipping, I will assist you in anyway I can.
