1956 BUICK CENTURY -STATION WAGON WITH FACTORY A/C. THIS VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED FROM THE FOLKS WHO BUILT THESE FOR GM BACK IN 1956.WE CANNOT PUT THERE NAME IN THE AD BUT WILL GIVE YOU ALL THE INFO WHEN YOU BUY IT. THE TITLE IS STILL IN THEIR NAME AND THEY DID THE FULL RESTORATION ON CAR. ITCAR HAS BEEN GARAGE KEPT AND DRIVEN FOUR OR FIVE TIMES A YEAR WITH AN ABSOLUTLY OUTSTANDING RESTORATION. 1956 Buick Century with just 84,614 ORIGINAL mile car that retains all of it's original colors. This wagon is highly optioned with the automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes and FACTORY A/C which still blows cold! The paint on the car is simply stunning and has just been scuffed buffed waxed to a mirror finish. All chrome and bright work looks to be either new or like new. The steel trim is simply amazing / original with no dings or scratches.The interior is the original color combination and looks fantastic. It is as new and shows no imperfections to the seats, headliner or carpet. All lights and blinkers work with no problems, as well as the horn.This is a FACTORY Frigidaire A/C car that still blows cold!! It has been over 100 degrees here and the air conditioner cools this car down well. This is also a power steering and power brake car. The Nailhead V8 is the original 322 Cu In motor for the car. It runs great with just a push of the pedal.The underbody is very solid with no rot to the frame or floors that we have seen. There have been new mufflers installed recently. The Buick hubcaps look great with no imperfections. This beautiful and classic station wagon was certainly way ahead of it's time with an unbelievable list of rare factory options starting off with the 322cid V8 engine producing 255hp, automatic transmission, air conditioning, power steering, power brakes, Selectronic AM radio, in-dash gauges, electric clock, windshield washers, factory tinted glass, padded dash, two-tone upholstery and beautiful exterior chrome and lots of it. It is complimented with wide white wall tires. Car truly runs and drives amazingly well, with a super solid original body panels - with all doors, hood, & trunk lineing up perfectly. Restoration looks as fresh as if it were done a few years ago, but was completed 15 years ago. All glass is very nice,and chrome all looks fantastic. You will not find a nicer one, or a better color combo. I truly think THE best one offered for sale anywhere right now. The car runs and drives great! absolutly amazing. It's cosmetics, including the detailed engine compartment and trunk are in outstanding condition. Truly an amazing classic icon. Bid to own!
