No rust (see below), No accidents, straight and tight throughout. All gauges work - including the clock. Ready to be a daily driver or for fun. Acquired 2006 (48,355miles), driven 6/08-present. New parts, etc. at 48,355: drive shafts, calipers, rotors, master brake cylinder, front brake lines/hoses, rear brake lines, O2 sensor, front exhaust pipe, cat. converter, acc. belts, timing belt, rear hatch strut, battery, fuel accumulator, fuel pump, coil, radiator, temp. sensor switch, fan switch, thermostat, waterpump (w/ new bolts & gasket, housing o-ring), plug wires, headgasket (w/ new head studs), fuel injectors, windshield, paint. New parts, etc. btw 48,355 and 66,000: starter, KYB struts (front), KYB shocks (rear), clutch cable, wheel bearings (all 4 wheels). Tuned and maintained regularly. All maintenance records since 06. Lots of spare parts (mechanical, tune-up, grill, lens, rear valence, etc.). Haynes and Bentley shop manuals. Extra set of VW 13" wheels w/ tires (less than 500 miles). Things to know: needs new headliner, temp/heater control stuck halfway btw hot & cold, rust hole on inside of driver's door (see picture), gear shift boot cracked. Adult owned and driven.
