For sale is our 2006 SLK55 AMG. We haven’t had it very long. My wife doesn’t like the ride, too rough. I say the ride is perfect, firm and refined. My wife doesn’t like the exhaust note, too loud. I say the exhaust is perfect, a mellow growl from the V8. My wife doesn’t like the seats, too confining. I say the seats are perfect, hold you in place when cornering, back support when accelerating. This car is as new. The black leather with red highlights still has the new car aroma. The air scarf keeps your neck warm during cool nights with the top down, and the navigation will get you to your destination and back. The original MB car cover is in the trunk, with the books and both keys. The wheels have been updated to 19s. If you want a new 55 at a used price, this is as close as you are going to get. I chose to keep my wife, not the car. Please make sure your wife, or husband, is going to be happy with a fantastic roadster before you buy. Then you will both be tickled.
