You are viewing a classic 1978 Datsun 280Z. This car is exceptional in it's quality & maintenance considering a vehicle of this age & era. The interior is clean and is mostly in it's original, stock condition; no added gauges, gadgets or accessories. Specifics of the Car: New carpet front & rear. Center shift console replaced. Dash board has a "Dash Cap" due to sun fade. Original AM/FM radio works including power antenna. All dash lights are in working order: Seat belt, vanity lights, emergency brake etc Original tire filler, tool kit and jack. Trunk is clean. Replaced rubber bushings, swar bar link, springs & struts on suspension.Replaced temperature sensor wiring. Drained & refilled transmission fluid w/Synthetic Oil during service. Drained & flushed master cylinder, bled brakes & adjusted. Service/inspection performed by a local Nissan dealership(Mario D'Addario Nissan): Engine compression test all cylinders at 170-180 psi, normal. Reset engine timing and performed a diagnostics. Nissan Technician states that "Overall this car runs better than most we have seen, this car is in OK shape overall" The exterior has been painted due to sun fade but NO RUST at all. I've been over, under and through it myself! Car has been covered & garaged for the past 7 yrs. Gas gauge does not work. All other dash gauges do however work.Muffler has a pin hole leak. All exterior running & headlights lights in working order. Rear left blinker light out.Engine runs a little rough until warmed-up. Original owners manual & service booklet.This was originally a Southern California car. I have most all of the original owners registration cards! WOWOverall this car runs great; Lots of power & smooth shifting. (4 speed)Photos available of undercarriage, rocker panels & rear trunk upon request.The "Title" was lost/misplaced. The car is currently registered in the State of Connecticut. Spoke to the DMV and stated I can get a new title when the car is sold.
