I am the second owner of this gorgeous '05 maroon color Jaguar XJ Vanden Plas, four door with extended wheel base. The vehicle was purchased from a local used car dealership in '08. It is equipped with a powerful V8, 4.2 liter engine and is in an excellent condition with everything working perfectly as it was when I purchased it. All maintenances were performed with only the best quality products by the most experienced mechanics. I had recently replaced all four tires and the battery. Oil changes were done regularly only with factory recommended Castrol Edge Fully Synthetic oils, transmission was also serviced (flushed and filter replaced) with Royal Purple transmission fluid and all other filters (i.e. air, cabin and fuel) were replaced on a frequently basis. As the pictures reveal, the vehicle is very clean inside out and has always been driven by myself, who is a non-smoker and uses it meticulously, always garaged and never been in any accidents. I personally believe the extended wheel base gives a more elaboration to the touch of class and sense of luxury for this type of vehicle, especially when it combines with the maroon color and tan interior which makes it absolutely gorgeous. The Vanden Plas model is an upscale trim of the XJ series that comes with a lot of upgraded equipments not found in most other lower trim models, i. e. GPS navigation, electric rear sunshade, rear seat climate controls, heated seats for front and rear, homelinks, backup sensors, etc. Please check thoroughly for all the pictures I posted on the auction and let me know if you would like to see any specific areas or spots of the vehicle to get a better impression and understanding of it. For any cars been used, there are inevitably some wears and tears. This vehicle is no exception, but nothing more just what I believe normal.
