A brand new Supercharged and intercooled 5.4-liter 2000 lightning engine was professionaly installed in 2002 and presently has just 10,000 miles on the lightning engine. I have been told only two converted 2000 F-150 4X2 Super Cabs with a lightning engine are known to be in existence, the other truck being owned by Jay Leno. The conversion includes dual fuel pumps for the Supercharger, lightning harness, new computer,new chip and instllation of a 2002 4r100 transmission and valve body. In addition to the engine upgrade, a custom 2.5"exhaust system with hi-flow cats, flowmasters and stainless steel tips bring on that throaty sound which which is music to the ears.This special truck has a Leer fiberglass cap with a full bedrug which adds to the gorgeous profile. Pictures really don’t do this truck justice. The paint is flawless, no dings or scratches and the truck has always been in an air conditioned climate-controlled garage. The owner is a very picky senior who is meticulous with his vehicles.
