You are bidding on a 1968 Chevelle Malibu. It is an original untouched car with 65,250 miles. It has the numbers matching 307 engine and powerglide transmission. 10 bolt rearend. It has factory A/C that works, power steering, and power brakes. It has the original working AM radio. The interior is original blue vinyl. The dash pad has no cracks. The arm rest covers are cracked. The seats are great but have a couple cigarette burns. The carpet is worn out. The headliner is good. The package shelf has had speakers cut in and is weathered. All weather stripping is intact and seals well going down the road. The exterior chrome is in excellent condition. The only rust I can find is the drivers side lower fender. The rear wheel wells and trunk have no rust. The front fenders have minor scrapes by the wheel well that appear to be from the garage door. There are small door dings up and down both sides. It could stand to be painted. There is a small dent in the center of the hood. The glass looks like new, with no chips in the windshield. The engine seems solid. It starts and runs down the road fine. It could use front and rear main seals and valve seals. It has had all of the wheel cylinders, brakes, master cylinder, water pump, shocks, and motor mounts replaced within the last ten years. Tires are 70%. There are three of the factory original hubcaps that go with it. It currently has the dog dish style with beauty rings. This is a mechanically sound car that I drive regularly. Everything on it works. I bought this car because it was clean for the intention of modifying to make it the way I want it. I have had it at my shop twice with the intention of stripping it down but can't get past the original and clean part. Due to hardship the previous bid winner was unable to complete the purchase so I am listing it again with no reserve.
