A beautiful 1955 Tri-Fold Sunroof car, with the very rare spare tire mounted toolkit and period correct 1 gallon spare gas can.This car has been completely restored from the ground up within the last few hundred miles.The car is rust-free and is equipped with the best options of the day.It has the wonderful stone guards and has completely new and correct interior with headliner.Restored locally by a local german car specialty shop( by the german owner ) at a cost that far exceeds twice the reserve on this vehicle. This car was originally built in April / May 1955. The pan is quite impressive as well as the upgraded front disc brakes.The engine is a 2135 cc with hydraulic lifters for ease of maintenance .Dual Weber carbs and a performance camshaft make plenty of torque. Very smooth and shiny white finish compliments the brilliant red upholstery with black piping.The carpeting is the correct german loop pile .The odometer is showing 14,000. miles however the true total mileage is unknown.This vehicle is being sold from the estate of a friend who passed away last winter.
