Vehicle Detail
1972 Plymouth Satellite V8 318 engine has been inspected runs well but only taken it out a few time around town.Puts out 40 psi oil pressure cold and 20psi warm at idle never did a comp. check as it seemed fine. Changed the ignition to a HDI billet distributor with external MSD blaster coil new plugs and wires. I had sitting around a sneaky Pete nitrous system has braded lines everything…… but never got to wiring up a switch for it so it has never been used on this engine. The fuel system is a electric fuel pump wired correctly with relays and new fuel filters. Added last was an Edelbrock intake and carb. TF auto trans shifts nice with new adjustable linkage. The inside was taken apart started but never really finished. The car was gutted then boom mat was sprayed, top for new headliner and on the floor. New carpet was installed with new light weight cloth front bucket seats . A new Dash cap was installed as well as cd played oil pressure and tach gauges. The rear seat were covered with a two part seat cover but never professionally redone. The car is drivable but not “drivable” it still needs some things tended to. The bodey has a few dent but nothing that cant be fixed nothing needs to be replaced . Will need two new front tires and an alignment. It also needs a new exhaust system. One of the manifolds has a crack I repaired it but I don’t know how long it will last. The pipe is also old and currently just pipe out the back .The final step for the engine was to run headers with 21/2 pipe out the back…. open it up some but never got to it . Have the rods for the headliner but there is no headliner. The seats had to go in in a hurry so I could move the car and it pulled the carpet back some. Best if the seats are taken out carpet is smoothed back out and seats put back in correctly .All the lights work but with the turn signal sometimes you have to hold down. I fixed the gas gauges and in- side lights . . I have the paper work for transfer with CA DMV and the car is ready to be inspected for CA plates no back fees. I never had it inspected incase the car ships back out of state. THIS IS NOT A SALVAGE CHECK its just a vin verification before plates can be issued to a car from out of state. Please feel free to ask anything about this mopar and Thanks for your time .....Movie was taken after the car had not been started in a few weeks and the battey just needed a charge/the choke is also still on
