OK... baby #2. I am selling my PLYMOUTH FURY SALON. Ever since watching the DUKES OF HAZZARD (and just about every show with a cop car through the 80's) I have wanted a Fury. This one has 78k original miles on its 318ci engine. The car has had a lot of new parts : Carpet - Deep Red (for red, white and blue effect!) Paint job - Electric Blue Metallic / White (2k miles) Tires - approx 6k miles Belts Fuel Pump Starter Fuel filter CAMSHAFT (950 miles) Battery RECHROMED REAR BUMPER The paint is an above average job with a little flaking here and there, but not a bad job. The engine runs STRONG. It will not win any drag races, but with the glass-pack side exhaust, it will turn heads. It also has a manual choke for the cold days. The car smokes for a second at startup and then not again (not even under full acceleration). The engine runs cool and smooth. Interior is in beautiful shape for a 34 year old car. NO TEARS/RIPS/CIG HOLES etc. The seatbelts will need pulled through the new carpet before driving, but i can do that if needed. The car has a power steering leak, but the power steering does just fine. The passenger windshield wiper also doesnt work due to a broken grommet between the 2 wiper arms. I dont drive in the rain - since it is a part-time showcar, but im sure it is a cheap fix. There are a few small rust bubbles by the rear wheel wells that the painter did not address well, but it is just starting to show. The car has a nice CD stereo with custom speakers in front. The AC and heater both work very well. Ive used them both and they perform great. Overall this is a fantastic car. Run it as a daily driver, or add a few touches for show. Heck - add a light bar and some decals and roam around in the most popular cop car of the 70's and 80's! I hate to part with it, but need the money and have had my fun of old cars. Please give this car a good home! SALE INFO : I am selling the car as-is with no warranty since it is a 34yr old car. That said, I would drive it anywhere. Buyer to pay $750 within 72 hrs of sale and balance within 7 days. The title is CLEAR and in-hand so it can be signed over with no prob. I can drive the car a distance (at buyer gas expense), but will not transport. I will have it sitting in the driveway with a full tank of gas, however... you just need the black suit and sunglasses!
