Ken Stadele, President PH: 608.739.4242 Vehicle Description and Condition: This vehicle was recently purchased in a collection of five vehicles. All vehicles were stored inside a large shed with a cement floor. The engine and transmission were removed by the previous owner many years ago. The vehicle has the original suspension and no modifications were done to any of the sheetmetal. The hood ornament, right rear quarter panel moulding and grille are missing. The vehicle’s floor pan is quite rusty and needs replacement. However, if you’re making a custom vehicle, a replacement floor would be in order anyway. Interior: The interior seats appear to be original. However, all interior upholstery is in very poor condition. The dash and gauges appear to be complete with the exception of the cigarette lighter. Glass: All glass appears to be original and intact for pattern purposes but needs to be replaced. Engine Compartment and Suspension: There is no engine or transmission. The rest of the suspension appears to be original, but obviously needs restoration. The radiator and driveshaft are with the car, but are not shown in any photograph. REASONABLE RESERVE Terms of Sale: This vehicle is available for inspection. Please call for an appointment. This car is being sold as is. There is no warranty written or implied. Serious buyers are welcome to call with questions. By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle. We reserve the right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale. All sales are final. Please call with any questions you may have regarding this vehicle. A non-refundable $100 deposit is due within 2 days of auction end. Balance due within 7 days after the auction end or upon pick up or delivery of the vehicle which ever falls first. Payment must be made in cash or by bank to bank wire transfer. Funds must be received in full in cash or the bank to bank wire transfer receipt must be verified by our bank before the vehicle will be released. Ken's Klassics, Inc. is a licensed Wisconsin Dealer. Buyers from Wisconsin will be required to pay all applicable Wisconsin Sales and County Taxes as required by law. Pickup & Shipping: Buyer is responsible for vehicle pick up or shipping. Ken’s Klassics has a 24 foot enclosed trailer and a 19 foot open car trailer. Trailering and delivery may be negotiable and at the purchaser’s expense.
