Up for sale is a very rare 1965 VW Notchback. The car has NO rust. The car was completely restored in 2001, with every attention to detail. ( painted inside and out and used < 10k miles after restoration ) The motor is an 1835cc, rebuilt in 2001 with less than 10k miles on it, dual Delorto carbs..... runs perfect!! and is detailed still to this day. As far as what was done to the car... New Bosch 12v high output generator New Brakes New Paint in 2001 and always garaged still looks great today. ( normal minor scratch here or there ) New Interior, seats are still in perfect condition ( tweed blend that is grey and black with black carpet ) New roof rack All glass and rubber trim are in great shape tinited windows Rebuilt street trans with custom short-throw shifter All new body seals and finder gaskets .Side marker seals, trunk, doors, etc... in 2001 New tires ( last month ) KYB shocks Porsche aluminum wheels ( including the spare ) $2500.
