This is a very nice Jeep! Everything on it works. The body is clean with no rust and the frame is too. Rust is a real problem on these old Jeeps and this Willys does not have it even in the usual places. The floor pan is solid and any bad places have been cut out and new metal welded in. This is a 4 wheel drive machine! It will go anywhere and is very dependable. It has a Buick V-6 odd fire 225 motor with a brand new Holly Carb. It idles and runs perfect, starts with the touch of the key. Exhaust is in great shape and sounds really good. Front and rear differential is 5:83 so the top speed is around 55, but will climb like a mountain goat. Novak weld in motor mounts. 3 inch lift with Black Diamond springs with shocks. It has a Koning PTO winch, 2 ton mounted on the back with new cable and trailer reciever underneath. Differential rock guards front and rear. The stock 3 speed tranny and transfer has been rebuilt and new clutch installed in 2009. New brake lines and master cylinder. New soft top with removavable doors and windows in 2010. Installed bucket seats that make the ride much more comfortable. Summit 17 gal fuel tank. Warn lock out hubs just installed. 5= 650x16.5 mud and snow tires and the spare has never been on the ground. At least 80% treadware left on tires. Black Magic 3200cf electric fan with Hubert aluminum 3 core radiator and new oil cooler make sure the engine stays cool even when running slow in 4 wheel drive. Replaced Ross steering with Saginaw steering off a later model Jeep. Spool in rear differential. Rock and tree sliders on sides. Warn 8274 winch with 8000lb capacity mounted on front. This is the winch as it has a faster recoil rate than normal winches. Has a Holly 2 barrel carb that runs perfectly. I also have a Bimini top if you want to go topless. I have a tool box mounted in the rear of the Jeep but I also have the back seat if you prefer to change it. I have new U Joints everywhere and a spare drive shaft with new U Joints on it as a spare in the tool box. This is a nice piece of equipment and you will not be dissapointed. I have been using as a daily driver as it is a joy to drive and attracts alot of attention.
