1969 Pontiac Firebird BODY TAG #'s ST 69-22337 LOR 530974 BODY TR 218 01E 72B PAINT 2 dr coupe 400 ci Engine with 400 turbo transmission 10 bolt posi rearend disc brake front THE CAR RUNS EXCELLENT! THE MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION ARE EXCELLENT!! These are the things i have had done to the car in the last week... New radiator hoses, new belts, new powersteering pump, new alternator, new thermostat, new battery cables, couple new brake lines. All in all a nice car, but I am by no means a mechanic or body man or anything like that. It seems to be in good condition. The brakes will need to be bled, and the car needs a steering gear box which is approximately $150. It will also need a new set of headers, as the ones on it look pretty old and are not in the best of shape. The driver side door has some waves in it; whoever did the body work on it did a lousy job. It was recommended to me to replace the door skin. The inner passenger side rear wheel well needs to be put in, which is in the trunk. Somebody patched the drivers side floor, it seems to be really solid. The passenger side rear floor (where the backseat passenger puts their feet) needs to be fixed; it is soft in an area of 8 to 10 inches square. No your feet will not go through (Its not a Flintstone car LOL) but it does need attention. All in all it seems to be a nice solid car!! Car comes with a rear spoiler. There is NO TITLE with this car as we do not need one in the State of Maine. If you need to get one it would not be a problem. We can't get one here as the State of Maine does not issue them after 15 years. This car has 86k miles, it still has the inspection sticker on it from 1992 from the state of NY. On the inspection sticker at that time it was inspected it had 35,075 miles on it. Body seems to be straight and solid. Their are some imperfections on the body that will need some work but no rust anywhere that I see. Door jambs solid, Rocker panels SOLID, trunk is 99% solid, there is just 1 small hole the size of a dime. There is no rust around the windows, all chrome moldings and frames around windows is pretty much like new. The black vinyl top is in nice shape, it has just 1 TINY little tear in it on the center, less than the size of a penny, and the stitching on the sides is coming undone. Rear bumper is in real nice condition Nothing Wrong with It. Front bumper is in nice condition with just a tiny dent in it. Interior is in pretty nice shape for being 42 yrs old. The back seat i would rate at 98% it is in very nice shape. Front bucket seats will need recovering. carpet is in ok condition. headliner needs to be replaced. All panels (door panels etc) are near new. Dash is in mint shape with now cracks whatsoever. Console is in very nice condition, the console cover needs the 3 screws put in. My loss is going to be your gainOn Jul-27-11 at 12:36:15 PDT, seller added the following information: Just had someone from canada asking about the tittle. if they can get the car into canada without there being a tittle. i looked it up online and i advise anyone from canada not to buy my car as it seems like it would be a major pain to get the car into your country without a tittle. That being said again i just want to make very CLEAR there is NO TITTLE FOR THIS CAR IT WILL COME WITH A BILL OF SALE ONLY. Most states do not need a tittle check with your state to see if you need a tittle or not
