For sale is a 2001 Ford F250 Super Duty truck. It is a 4x4 and has the V10 motor. 227,000 miles on it. Extended cab short box. COLD air conditioning, cd, cruise and tilt. It is more of a base model with NO power windows, locks, or seats. Has a rubber floor (not carpet) There is a tear in the front driver seat. Includes a brake box which is hooked up. I purchased this truck locally from a dealer auction for a guy that was helping me out part time. He stated over and over again that he had the money for the truck and that I should purchase it for him. Guess what! No money. Surprise surprise. NEVER again will I purchase a vehicle for someone unless I have the cash in hand. I have no need for this truck so it has to go. The air conditioning blows cold. There is a wheel bearing going bad in the front end. Not sure which side its on. Also there is an exhaust leak believed to be an exhaust manifold. Quite common for these trucks. I haven't even tried the 4 wheel drive to see it if works though I see no reason as to why it shouldn't. Though the truck was previously titled in California, there is some rust forming as the photos show. Tires are poor and will need to be changed. Also, the right rear spare is currently on the truck. The buyer will have to purchase another used wheel in order to have a matching set. Truck is not perfect. Minor chips and scratches throughout. When coming to purchase, please do not expect a perfect truck. We drove the truck back from its destination of more than 150 miles with no issues other than being able to hear the slight hmmmm of the wheel bearing and exhaust leak.
