Ladies and Gentleman this auction is for a 1969 Porsche 911t. This car is the original color of burgundy red. The vin number is: 119121015 and the engine is number: 6195557, which is correct for a 911t of this vintage and I assume original to this car. This car sat in a barn in Oregon for the last 25 years or so. The gentleman that I got it from just this week is old with failing health and it was time for him to move it along. The title processed date 01-27-86 shows the odometer reading 22047 and the odometer currently shows 22097. Actual mileage is unverified. After I got this car I cleaned it and put some tires that held air on and that is about it. I’m an honest seller and I believe in full disclosure. What I discovered since I got this car home is that at some time in the past this car has had a front clip from an earlier 911 welded on. I noticed that there are no battery boxes which should be present on a 69, and the front Vin number panel is slight different (no hole for wash bottle etc). I can see weld marks in about the middle of where the gas tank goes. This car also has a rotten front suspension pan which is common. If one is not a purist the front suspension pan can be replaced and the earlier style front clip which appears to have been well done could be left in place. A purist may want to replace the whole front clip from the middle of the gas tank forward with a correct 69-73 style. For someone who can weld this is not as bad as it sounds. Also and I have shown it in the pictures, there is significant rust mainly in the lower heater channel parts of the floor boards. The rear torsion bar mounting area appears solid but may need some minor repairs. The jacking areas under the doors are bad on both sides. All of these rust repair panels are readily available. I don’t have any keys for this car, I will try to get them but I may not be able to. The gas tank, rear door pockets, radio, tool kit, front hood badge and spare tire are missing This car is mostly complete and very original and includes the correct 68-69 only parts such as be 3 bar rear grill, 68-69 deck lid and outer door handles etc. Options that I notice are single stage rear window defroster and rear seat belts. In the pictures I show some parts that came with the car but are not installed, those parts will be included with the car, additional parts not shown but included are one door panel and inside rear view mirror. The engine looks complete, turns with a wrench and I would assume needs to be rebuilt.
