Very nice unmolested 900RR. Audlt owned and cared for the last three years. Subtle upgrades and recent maintenance include Two Brothers full system, fresh Bridgestone BT-016's, fresh AMSOIL synthetic oil change & EA filter, new 520 conversion Vortex sprockets / gold x-ring chain with 15T/45T (3.0) gearing, fresh sintered metalic pads, new OEM choke cable, new L-P light smoke SpeedScreen. Bike is very clean for its 18 year age. It has a few minor stress cracks in body work, but no evidence of ever having been down. Frame remains OE brushed anodized finish with no scrapes or dents. The tank is excellent and shines as does the rest of the beautiful red white and blue color scheme. Rider & pillon saddles are also excellent. I have owned three other 93' 900RR's, and is my favorite bike of all times. This bike draws attention everywhere I ride. I do not have prior history since my purchase ~ three years ago, but based on cosmetic and mechanical condition as I received it, it was apparently well cared for. This bike starts, runs, sounds and rides in an excellent manner. Only normal wear items were necessary to bring it to the condition you see. I have been riding 36 years, from cafe's I built in the 70's to sportbikes and superbikes of the 80's, 90's, & 00's plus euro sport touring and adventure bikes. While there are certainly newer technology sportbikes, this is still the bike that turned the sportbike world on its ear with a 407 LBS dry weight in 93' when Honda's own lightest of the 600 supersports weighed in at 406 LBS. It is still and will remain one of my all time favorites. Bike is currently registered, insured and being ridden for pleasure, so mileage will increase slightly.
