You are bidding on a 1981 VW diesel pick-up truck that is in nice shape for its year and miles! It is a stick shift 4 speed trans,with all good gears and clutch! the engine is a diesel that runs fine with no oil dripping on the garage floor! It appears to be repainted before i purchased it! there is no rust on the body the drivers side strut tower needs repaired or replaced,the floor boards are solid and the interior needs a rug n headliner n seats need new fabric n the exhaust needs some attention.to make the truck 100% .this truck has a heater plug for the block as seen in pict. in front of drivers headlight,it gets about 60mpg and is easily converted to bio-diesel! the tires are fair but they are not a complete set.this truck has only 129,557 miles on it! it also has a rear sliding window and factory button snaps for a bed cover,the battery in the pick does not go with the truck,i just put it in to start and mover the truck for picts. so u will need a battery. i have a clean pa title in hand for the lucky winner of this truck. please ask questions befor bidding if your unsure! sold as is and buyer is responsible for shipping cost! there will be a 225.00 doc fee added to the final selling price,no exceptions! this truck is for sale locally so i reserve the right to end auction early do to sale.
